YSPP offers educational posters and brochures on prevention topics including the warning signs and what to do to help those at risk. We have recently redesigned a favorite brochure; Watch for Signs - Stop Youth Suicide. It is available directly through the YSPP Seattle office by sending your request to info@yspp.org. We can mail from 5-25 copies per order, but will need to charge postage above five copies. You are also welcome to use the print-ready files below to have your own printed.

Several other publications are available through the Department of Health (DOH) Fulfillment Center and can be shipped from there to Washington State residents at no cost!

Directions for ordering Department of Health (DOH) printed materials:

As a new user:

1. Click here for the DOH General Store
2. Choose:
   --- 'I'm New' and register if you are a first-time visitor
3. Choose:
   --- 'Shop by Agency'; then
   --- 'Department of Health'; then
   --- 'Injury and Violence Prevention'; then
   --- Youth Suicide Prevention
4. Choose the item(s) you'd like to view and/or order and 'Add to Cart'
5. Input quantity desired (maximum 200 brochures; 25 posters)*
6. Click on 'Update Cart'
7. Choose:
   --- 'Check out' if you are done or click on
   --- 'Continue Shopping' if you'd like additional items
8. Remember to click on 'Update Cart' each time you make any changes to your shopping cart
9. The rest is simple; after you choose to check out, just input your mailing address and choose submit
   
   Your order will be shipped out to you right away.

As a returning user:

The next time you log on to order, choose "I've Been Here" and you will be prompted to input your user name (email address) and your password. Your default mailing address will appear on the order page.

Follow steps 3 - 9 above and your order will be shipped out to you right away.

* You may order up to 25 of each item if you reside in Washington State
(those that live outside Washington State are allowed just one copy each)
