The fields of suicide prevention, intervention and postvention are growing and changing rapidly. As suicide becomes a less taboo subject there are increasingly more resources available, including websites, books, videos, and printed materials.

If you are a parent struggling to understand more about raising an adolescent there are resources listed for you.  There are also specific resources so you can know more about teen depression and the signs for suicide.

If you are an educator or mental health counselor trying to make sense of self-injurious behavior take a look at our listing for self-harm.

If you have experienced the tragedy of suicide and are looking for comfort and solace there are books and links for you.

We welcome your suggestions so please let us know what resources you have found useful that are not already listed and tell us why you think it would help others.
